Lovely place to stay run by very friendly people! They could not have been more helpful. Hotel Peppers is spotlessly clean and my room had everything I needed, including coffee/tea making facilities and even a mini-fridge. The room was big, with a comfortable king size bed, a desk, large TV and two armchairs. The fold out balcony was great to let lots of air and light in, plus see the views over Torwood Gardens and down to the harbour. The location could not be better, with the harbour a couple of minutes walk away. There is even parking at the rear, which is a real bonus!

Lovely hotel owners who couldn’t do enough for us - even helped with the tricky parking!||Cooked breakfast was amazing! Room was clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel. We stayed 3 nights and I would definitely recommend Peppers for a quiet break away. Thank you

Hotel Peppers is a delightful hotel. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and it's hosts couldn't be more friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 2 which had a very comfortable superking bed in it, with quality bedding and super comfy pillows. The ensuite has a good quality electric shower in a double enclosure. We enjoyed an evening drink on the balcony and greatly benefitted from the electric fan supplied in the room as standard. 3 sets of double plug sockets were ample for our devices. A fridge on the landing supplies fresh milk and cold water 24/7. The room faces the main road but the double glazing blocks the road noise completely and you will get a good, quiet nights sleep. The hotel is perfectly placed, and only a short walk from the beautiful Torquay Marina with all of its buzzing bars and eateries. There is a bus stop almost on the doorstep that provides regular services to neighbouring Babbacombe. If you want to venture further, there are ferries in the opposite direction to Brixham only a short walk away. The dolphin spotting cruises have not failed to impress. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we shall be returning.

So very disappointed. My wife and I were so looking forward to our visit to Torquay, and it was spoilt by the behaviour of our host. It started with what must just have been and error with the description of our accommodation. We thought we had booked a "Standard Double Room", which was how it was written in the confirmation email. However when we arrived we were assigned a room which was called "Standard Double Room Compact". This room very small and cramped with little room for luggage. This is not what we were expecting and did not match what was on the confirmation email. We did try to get the room changed but there was nothing available for the length of our stay. We wanted to leave it there and just enjoy our stay as much as possible. Unfortunately, our host did not want to leave it there, he kept on at us, over and over again and again. He kept trying to get us to admit to being at fault. He was rude and aggressive. We even asked, many times, can we just leave it there, but he did not seem able to and just wanted to argue. If it was not for his behaviour, we would have given a better review. So many other things I could mention about what he said and did but I just want to forget about him and his aggressive behaviour.

I'm lost for words. Sanjeev & Sabita originally from Nepal have been here 5yrs. They are the most perfect people to run a hotel. The greeting was warm and seemed personal. The room was immaculately prepared and spotless. The breakfast was a 10/10 and the personal touch was lovely, see atth pic. I 100% recommend this hotel

Amazing hosts, the rooms were cozy, exceptionally clean and the breakfasts were delicious and hot. Nothing was too much trouble. If you’re looking for a B&B in Torquay, close to the town centre or arena then this is the place to chose!

Lovely hotel in a good location for amenities. The sun spot at the back of the hotel is a lovely addition. The couple are also very lovely and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. Thanks
