If reservation cancelled for any reason after booking guests will be charged 0% before 14 days of check in and if guests cancelled within 14 days of check in guests will be charged 100% total price of booking

Contact Hotel Peppers

NO Smoking or Vaping

All bedrooms are non-smoking/vaping. Any guests found smoking/vaping in the B&B will be charged £50 and asked to leave.

Damages

Any damages found and judged to be the responsibility of guests will be chargeable.

Abuse

We do notAny abuse to staff, or other guests and any acts of vandalism will result in termination of stay with no refund. take any advance payments. Please pay at the property using cash or card.

Group Bookings

No group bookings (Two rooms or more) will be accepted without prior discussion with B&B management and no single sex groups (eg stag, hen or sports teams).

Children

Children older than 10 years are welcome.
All children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night per person when using existing beds.
Extra beds are not available.
There is no capacity for cribs in the room.

Pets

We do not accept any pets at Hotel Peppers.

Parking

We have a space for every room. Three places are immediately to the rear of the B&B, the rest are in a secure, barrier controlled car park 100 metres away also off Museum Road.
